Mission Statement

At Northeast Veterinary Partners, our goal is to empower our teams to be the best advocate for their patients.

Combined Years of Experience

Dr. McGrath

Dr. McGrath

CEO and Founder

Dr. McGrath graduated from Tufts University in 1986. He bought his first hospital in 1989, and from there he grew a successful organization of 12 hospitals with almost 30 veterinarians and 150 happy team members. In 2016, he sold the hospitals to Pathway Veterinary Alliance. After selling the hospitals, he decided to found Northeast Veterinary Partners.

Dr. McGrath’s goal for Northeast Veterinary Partners is to create a company culture that focuses on building teams that are supported and happy! Just as we care for your pets, it’s important that we care for our employees, too.

Dreams do come true! Dr. McGrath says, “Since I was 5 years old, I have been fascinated with animals. I always wanted to be a veterinarian … I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity I had to fulfill my childhood dream.” Working with animals has always been Dr. McGrath’s passion, and he is thrilled to be able to do what he loves every single day.

Angelina Milinazzo

Angelina Milinazzo

Assistant Bookkeeper/Notary Public

A New England native, Angelina has been surrounded by pets all of her life. She fell into the animal care world when she took a job after high school at a kennel in a local hospital owned by Dr. McGrath. While working at the hospital, a job she loved, she worked in various departments and enjoyed the ability to experience all aspects of the animal care world. A move to the South Shore led to work in the human side of healthcare with an amazing doctor and patients at a neuropsychiatry office. Her time here included learning about document imaging and storing and the experience opened the doors that lead to her career in documentation software. A chance conversation in early 2020 led to the opportunity to work for Dr. McGrath once again and the return and reconnection with former coworkers that had become friends many years before. Angelina enjoys working with practices and vendors during the onboarding of new hospitals joining the network, helping Practice Managers however she can, and working to integrate new technologies to help streamline finances and processes.

Angelina lives in Southern New Hampshire with her boyfriend and their rescue pups, but you can find her crafting, cooking, and baking for families and parties, and enjoying the woods of Maine whenever a getaway is possible.
